The Rám-szakadék tanösvény is a long loop from Dömös that takes in one of the most striking gorges in the Pilis — the Rám-szakadék, a narrow limestone canyon ascended via iron rungs, fixed chains, and short wooden ladders bolted into the rock. The trail is signed as a tanösvény with numbered information stations covering the geology and forest ecology, but the gorge section requires hand-holds and basic rock-scrambling confidence; not advisable in icy conditions or with very young children. Worth doing dry, in spring or autumn.
