The route
A long red-stripe (P) traverse running from Dömös on the Danube down through the Pilis and out to Budaörs on the southern Buda edge. Sixty kilometres of mixed beech and oak forest with several distinct climbs — most hikers split it into two days, often overnighting near Pilisszentkereszt or Dobogókő where there are restaurants and accommodation.
