Learn the art of kombucha fermentation with Remete Manufaktúra founder Gergely Mogyorósi. Taste five different kombucha varieties and take home your own SCOBY starter culture to ferment kombucha at home. Participants can also purchase kombucha at a discounted price while they wait for their own to be ready. Registration required; minimum contribution 2000 Ft supports the presenter and venue.
